The Service is designed to provide simulated phishing campaigns and security awareness training to organizations and their employees. You agree to use the service only for its intended educational and security testing purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would be damaging to the Service or its users. Misuse of the service, including sending emails to individuals outside of your organization without consent, is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DephishEd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
